How RIVAGO Maintenance Corp collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Last updated: 2026-01-01

This page describes the privacy practices of RIVAGO Maintenance Corp ("RIVAGO", "we", "us") for the website rivagomaintenance.com and the related services we provide in Orange County and Southern California.

1. Information we collect

We only collect the information needed to respond to your requests and operate the site:

  • Contact and project details you voluntarily submit (name, phone, email, city, service type and description) when requesting an estimate or appointment.
  • Customer reviews: name, city, service, rating and comment that you choose to submit through the reviews form.
  • Basic technical data generated by your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited) used for security and to improve the site.

We do not request or store credit-card numbers, social-security numbers or sensitive financial information through this site.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to estimate requests, schedule visits and carry out the work you hire us to do.
  • To moderate and publish reviews (we display only what you agree to make public: name, city, service and comment).
  • To send communications related to your request or project.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Third parties and scheduling

When you click "Schedule an Appointment" you may be redirected to our external scheduling system (DripJobs) on a separate domain. Any information you enter there is governed by their own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on the Lovable platform and uses managed database and storage services to save appointment requests, moderated reviews and gallery photos that we upload internally.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use browser local storage to remember your language and light/dark mode preference. We may use basic cookies or analytics to understand aggregate site usage; these do not perform cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.

5. Retention

We keep appointment requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to service your project and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, contact us through the site's form.

7. Minors

The site is intended for homeowners, tenants and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The last updated date will always be shown at the top of this page.

9. Contact

For questions about this policy, reach us through our contact form.
