By accessing rivagomaintenance.com or submitting a request, you agree to these terms with RIVAGO Maintenance Corp ("RIVAGO").

1. Site content

Text, photographs (including before/after images), logos and design are the property of RIVAGO or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

2. Estimates and scheduling

Estimates are free and non-binding until both parties sign a proposal or contract.
Prices communicated verbally or shown for informational purposes are approximate and do not constitute a binding offer.
Appointments are coordinated through our external scheduling system (DripJobs) and may be rescheduled due to weather, site access or other operational reasons.

3. Services and scope

The specific scope of each project — materials, preparation, warranty and timelines — is defined in a written contract or proposal signed by the customer. This website is marketing material and does not replace that contract.

4. Customer reviews

By submitting a review you agree that RIVAGO may publish your name, city, service, rating and comment on the site and in marketing materials. We reserve the right not to publish reviews that contain offensive language, false information or third-party personal data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) attempt unauthorized access to admin areas of the site; (b) submit fake requests, spam or unlawful content; (c) copy the site to replicate the business.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to external platforms such as DripJobs, Google, Instagram, Facebook and Yelp. RIVAGO does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. No site warranties

Site content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not warrant that it is error-free, always available or reflects current pricing or availability. Any workmanship warranty applies only to what is stated in the signed project contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RIVAGO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Orange County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
